June 2026 — What's New

🗓️ Released: June 25, 2026 ⏱️ Reading time: 7 minutes

🚀 Product Updates

Authorized Signatories with Live Previews in Admission Forms

New

Admission Forms now let staff choose an authorized signatory and preview exactly how the signature and printed name will appear before submitting. The right person is on record, and there are no surprises after the form is sent.

Signatory selection — Pick an authorized signatory directly within the Admission Form.

Live preview — See the signature and printed name rendered in the document before you submit.

Ticket: NP-39

License Upload for HHA Applicants

New

Home Health Aide (HHA) applicants can now upload their license as part of the application. Credentials are captured up front during onboarding instead of being chased down later.

Ticket: NP-51

Sign All Admission Documents from the Admin View

New

Admins can now sign every Admission Document from one place in the admin view, instead of opening each document individually. This removes repetitive steps and reduces the chance of leaving a document unsigned.

Ticket: SUP-49

Admission Document Requests: Agency-Rep Signature and Duplicate Guard

Improved

Sending an Admission Document for signature now captures the agency representative's details and prevents duplicate requests for the same document.

Agency representative on record — The representative's name, signature, and completion date are recorded with each request.

Duplicate guard — If a request is already awaiting the client's signature, a new one is blocked with a clear message: "There is already a pending document."

Ticket: NP-66

Improved

The Home Care Service plan and the Consent for Treatment & Financial Agreement forms were updated with clearer layout and spacing and corrected content, making them easier to read and complete.

Ticket: SUP-52

Client Acknowledges Receipt of the Client Information Booklet

Improved

The Client Information Booklet acknowledgement now merges the client's contact information into the form automatically. Recipient details stay consistent and no longer have to be retyped.

Ticket: NP-55

More Payer-for-Service Options

Improved

The Payer for Service dropdown now includes "Aged & Disabled Waiver" and "N/A", so more funding situations can be recorded accurately.

Ticket: NP-55, NP-53

Service Visit Overlap Checks Are Now Time-Aware

Improved

Service Visit scheduling no longer blocks legitimate same-day visits. The overlap check now considers visit times, not just dates, so back-to-back and adjacent visits save without a false "overlap" error.

Ticket: SUP-54

🪲 Bug Fixes

Caregiver and Referral Activation No Longer Fails on Amount Responsible

Fixed

Activating a caregiver or referral could fail during onboarding. Activation now completes reliably, with clearer error messages when something is missing.

Root Cause — The amount responsible value was missing from the activation request, causing the activation to fail.

Resolution — The amount responsible value is now included in the request, and onboarding validation returns clearer, PHI-safe error messages on failed submissions.

Ticket: SUP-60 — Resolved June 18, 2026

Clearer Validation Errors in the Apply Now Steps

Fixed

Applicants saw raw, inconsistent error messages in the Apply Now flow that were hard to act on. Errors are now readable and tied to the specific field.

Root Cause — Apply Now surfaced backend validation messages directly, without normalizing them for the applicant.

Resolution — Errors are now normalized into readable, field-level guidance so applicants can correct the issue and continue.

Ticket: NP-62

No More Premature "Failed to Load Resources" on Public Pages

Fixed

Public pages could show a "Failed to load resources" error and log the user out before the page had finished loading. Public pages now load cleanly.

Root Cause — Stale authentication tokens were left in place on public routes before the SDK initialized, triggering a premature "Failed to load resources" error and an automatic logout.

Resolution — Stale tokens are now cleared before the SDK initializes on public routes.

Ticket: SUP-51

Editing Client and Employee Profiles No Longer Fails to Save

Fixed

Saving edits to client and employee profiles could fail. Profile edits now save reliably.

Root Cause — A model and serializer handling issue could return a server error when saving profile edits.

Resolution — The underlying handling was corrected so client and employee profile edits save reliably.

Ticket: SUP-62

Missing Validation Messages on the Employee Application

Fixed

Some Employee Application fields failed silently, leaving applicants unsure what to fix. Those fields now return clear validation messages.

Root Cause — Certain Employee Application fields failed without returning a validation message.

Resolution — The exception handler now returns proper field-level errors so applicants can see exactly what to correct.

Ticket: SUP-56

PDF Downloads and Application Loading No Longer Crash

Fixed

Downloading certain PDFs or opening some applications could fail with an error. Both now complete reliably.

Root Cause — Missing-value handling in the PDF download and application-loading paths could raise an error when an expected value was absent.

Resolution — Those paths now guard against missing values, so downloads and application loading complete without error.

Ticket: NP-50 — Resolved June 12, 2026

🔭 Coming Soon

Custom Forms — Build and Send Forms Without Engineering

Coming soon

Custom Forms is in final testing and is not yet live in the portal. Once released, admins and project managers will be able to build their own forms in a visual builder and send them to clients directly, without developer involvement.

Visual form builder — Add and configure fields (text, dates, checkboxes, signatures, and more) and preview the form as the client will see it before publishing.

Protected compliance forms — Standard compliance forms stay locked as canonical originals. Editing one creates a copy, so the official version is never changed.

Send straight to a client — Dispatch a form to a client from the forms list in one step.

We will announce availability here once it completes compliance review and rolls out.

Tickets: NP-57, NP-58 — in staging, pending sign-off
